We offer replacement only in case of damaged or defective products.
1. Replacement Policy
• Replacement request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
• An unboxing video is mandatory for all replacement requests.
• Product must be unused and in original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
• Change of mind returns are not accepted.
• Incorrect model ordered by customer is not eligible for return.
• Physical damage caused after delivery is not covered.
3. Refund Policy
• Refunds are applicable only if replacement is not possible.
• Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days after approval.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
4. Shipping Charges
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• In case of replacement, reverse pickup will be arranged by us.
